Immediately after completion of his MBA in 1997, he started pursuing diverse business opportunities. Apart from contribution in a big way towards policy and strategy framing for the family led group companies, he led a few new initiatives of the group including the launching of a CNG driven transportation fleet and refueling stations [as pioneers in Bangladesh] , real estate development projects and high end interior projects for Commercial Spaces. He is responsible for formulating and implementing commercial strategy, commercial operation, financing and banking. He is instrumental in taking Dipon Group to the Real Estate business and established it as a reliable, trustworthy and committed company in the Bangladesh Real Estate Market.
