As Former Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC), former Chairman of Petrobangla and former Managing Director of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX) & Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Ltd., Mr Muqtadir has been key to addressing all policy related issues related to exploration to transmission, distribution, importing & marketing of gas and liquid fuel and ensuring energy security for Bangladesh. During his career in Petrobangla, he planned, reviewed, and oversaw various analysis studies for the development of the Hydrocarbon Sector of the country. He dealt with the International Oil Companies operating in Bangladesh for the exploration and production of Hydrocarbon in the country. With BAPEX, Titas Gas and Sylhet Gas Fields Limited, he was responsible for the gas exploration, production, transmission and distribution. With his vast experience, he advises Dipon Group on business initiatives, strategic tie-ups and actively involved in business operations and administration of the group.
